Throwing Taster Day

Experiment with three different types of pottery wheels and be guided through the ceramic processes including: throwing, coning, lifting a wall and the introduction of tools. At the end of the session you will select your favourite four pieces, which will be glazed and fired through our kiln, ready for collection three weeks later.

This five-hour session is designed to maximise your time with your teaching artist, which allows you to spend focused time on developing your skills and improve your throwing.
